
Hi! I'm Ellen. I'm really passionate about helping people experience how life-changing Pilates can be. With a background in both dance and fitness, I bring a bit of a unique twist to how I teach.
My style as an instructor is all about precision, good alignment, and moving with intention. Being a dancer as well as a Pilates teacher gives me a well-rounded approach, and I love helping others build strength, flexibility, and just feel better in their bodies.
Whether you're totally new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, my online studio is a welcoming space where you can grow, challenge yourself, and feel supported every step of the way.
